Exchanges & Returns Policy:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours  and up to 6 hours before the tour date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 6  hours  before the tour date are non-refundable.

By Nippon Sakura Tours: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, safety concerns. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour.
